What is Lagos Meet?

Lagos Meet is a creative gathering designed to bring together the best and brightest minds in the creative industry. This event offers a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and grow with fellow creatives in an inspiring and supportive environment.

When is Lagos Meet ‘23 happening?

Lagos Meet ‘23 is a two-day event scheduled for December 7th and 8th. #LagosMeet2023 will be a masterpiece and the talk of the town! We are bringing creatives together over the course of two days for fun, games, and serious conversations, addressing critical issues within the Nigerian creative space and giving everyone an opportunity to express themselves.

Is this the first edition?

No, this is not the first edition. We have held three groundbreaking events that boasted the largest gathering of young creative professionals from around the country.

It's a big community consisting of illustrators, creative directors, photographers, brand designers, UI/UX designers, creative artists, craftsmen, sound designers, web designers, interior designers, etc.

How can I prepare for the conference?

Get ready to network. There will be tons of opportunities to connect with another creator doing something awesome leading to a potential collaboration or someone looking to hire you. It's a room full of creative people who are all about doing great work.

Prepare your work in one place. To make the most of the opportunities at the event, make sure you have your portfolio ready so it is easy to share it with anyone. If you don't already have a website or dedicated social media page, you can always use tools like vzy.co, dribbble, notion, or even Google Slides to create a shareable portfolio.

Charge your phone and bring a power bank. It's a fully-packed experience you wouldn't want to miss. From really impactful talks and case study presentations to exhibitions and roundtable conversations; you may want to record or take notes, so come prepared.

Dress comfortable. There is no dress code for the conference, but it is advisable to dress as comfortably as possible, as you may be spending long hours at the event.
